   surely the government has to poke its nose in this fearsome menace to uproot its very foundations,but we on our part have to ensure that we report anything and everything to authorities and if they do not react we shall be ready to break the shackles of this notion and try to involve media.

   Dancing nude in front of the crowd in the name of FUN… Going bald just because you are a fresher… Drinking wine just to avoid, being beaten up… Getting ragged to convert from a BOY into a MAN?? Then why not ask a new employee to come in Bermudas on the 1st day of his job? Why not ask a cricketer to play his 1st match without any protection? Why not ask every new lawyer to dance for the judge before his1st case? And why not ask The Prime Minister to do a strip show before he gets to become a PM?? [After all we don't want sissies to be doing such prestigious jobs, do we??] Today I as a student ask everyone who stands up against a robber, a thief, a murderer, and a kidnapper, to also stand up against Ragging. It is here we give rise to cold bloodedness; it is here we give rise to the feeling of revenge and it is here that we give rise to a sense of mutiny, a sense of anger, not against the people who ragged but against people as a whole because it is not easy to trust anyone if you are betrayed by someone.This request goes on to whomsoever it may concern that please, please don’t give rise to Hatred at a place which is meant to be a Temple of Learning…
